WHAT THE ENQUIRY FORM COLLECTS

When you send an enquiry through the form on this site, we receive your name, your phone or WhatsApp number, the make and model of your car, the service you selected, and any message you chose to add.

That is the whole list. The form asks for nothing else, and there is no hidden field collecting anything further.

WHAT WE DO WITH IT

We use it to reply to your enquiry, quote for the work, and arrange an inspection or a booking. Nothing else.

We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to anyone for marketing. It is shared only with the form provider that delivers the message to our inbox, which acts on our instructions and does not use it for its own purposes.

HOW LONG WE KEEP IT

Enquiries stay in our inbox and in our job records for as long as we may reasonably need them — to honour a warranty, to answer a question about work we did, or to meet a legal or tax obligation. If you ask us to delete an enquiry that is not tied to a job, we will.

COOKIES AND ADVERTISING MEASUREMENT

This site uses cookies to measure how our advertising performs — for example, whether a visitor who arrived from an advert went on to contact us.

Nothing of that kind loads until you accept the cookie notice. If you choose "Only necessary", no measurement or advertising cookie is set, and nothing beyond the site's own files is loaded. You can change your mind by clearing this site's data in your browser, which brings the notice back.

YOUR RIGHTS, AND HOW TO USE THEM

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Message us on WhatsApp or call the number on this site and say what you want done. We will not ask you to put it in a particular format.

We handle personal data in line with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (the PDPL).

CHANGES

If we change how any of this works, we will update this page and the date at the top of it.
