QUOTATIONS

Every quotation is subject to inspection. We price after we have seen the car, because size, condition and paint all change what the work involves, and a figure given without seeing the car is a guess.

If we find something during the work that changes the scope — paint thinner than expected, damage under a panel, a previous repair — we stop and talk to you before continuing. You will not receive an invoice for work you did not agree to.

WARRANTIES

Warranties on paint protection film, coatings and window film are provided by the manufacturer of the material, not by MAER. Terms, duration and cover are set by them, and we will give you the relevant documentation at handover.

Our own responsibility is the quality of the installation. If something we installed fails because of how it was installed, bring the car back and we will put it right.

BOOKINGS AND CANCELLATION

A booking reserves a bay for your car and, for larger jobs, several days of it. Please give us as much notice as you can if your plans change.

If you cancel with less than twenty-four hours' notice, or the car does not arrive, we may charge for the reserved time. We would rather reschedule than charge, so tell us early and we will find another slot.

YOUR CAR WHILE IT IS WITH US

The studio is enclosed, climate-controlled and monitored. Please take valuables and personal documents with you before leaving the car; we cannot be responsible for items left inside it.

Where we collect or deliver a car, it is driven by our own staff and only between the addresses agreed with you.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai.
